Who We Are

We are Kristen Hansen and Adrianna Douglas, licensed real estate agents with Flathead Valley Brokers in Northwest Montana. We saw a need in the Valley to serve our community in a different way, so we launched this business. With more than 30 years of combined experience in the industry, we love serving others and helping people navigate life’s transitions.

As Timber & Trust Estate Sales, we serve those who are downsizing, executors of estates, families who have lost a loved one, and more. Our business model is to enter a home, clean out, sort, inventory, sell, and haul away personal belongings and household contents. We operate each sale within the home or location of the belongings being liquidated.

As we launch this company, we are reminded that you do not need to be fearless to reach your goals—you simply need to be willing. Willing to try, willing to learn, and willing to believe that you are capable of more than you realize.
